A few years ago I ruptured my Achilles — for an athlete, that's close to rock bottom. Coming back taught me more than a decade of coaching ever could. I had to relearn how to move, studying rehab and load management not as theory, but as the only thing standing between me and getting back on the field. It showed me most amateur athletes aren't held back by talent — they're held back by not knowing how to take care of their body.
That's the gap this community closes. With 10 years coaching speed, agility, and athletic development, plus what I learned rebuilding myself from injury, I teach athletes to train hard AND sustain it, because speed without structure breaks down.
This is for athletes who know they've got more in them but don't know how to unlock it without breaking down along the way. Inside: real training breakdowns, injury prevention most athletes never get taught, and a space to track your progress alongside others on the same path.
