The top of one mountain is the bottom of the next.
If you've hit every mark you set out to hit — the title, the number, the exit, whatever "made it" looked like for you — and it still didn't feel the way you thought it would, I want to say clearly: that's real, and you're not broken for feeling it. This isn't a mindset problem. It isn't ingratitude. It isn't a sign you didn't achieve enough, or achieved the wrong things. Something in the model itself, the idea that arriving would finally make you feel enough, was always going to leave this gap, no matter how high you climbed. Most people who reach this point never say it out loud. Not to their team, not to their spouse, not even fully to themselves because on paper, there's nothing to complain about. So they carry it alone, quietly, while looking completely fine to everyone around them. You don't have to carry it alone here. This is a space to finally metabolize what you've already built, alongside people, including myself, who are quietly holding the exact same thing. If any of this sounds familiar: you're not broken and I'm glad you're here.
