Throwing this out here to start a discussion. I am NOT a fan of saying "I'm a bot" or letting the person interacting with it to feel like it's a bot. I would like to build it so it's as human feeling and personal as possible as if they were talking to someone (even like a call center person reading from a script...we all know those types. They are "real" or used to be...but don't think beyond what the manual is saying at worse that could be our bot).
Is there any kind of "legal" requirement saying "I'm a bot" or this is "Sandy's AI bot" like the trainings for AS have? If not then I'd like to create a persona for my bot with a human pic and not a cartoon and train it to respond and reply in the tone, etc that I would, if that is doable with the technology as it is today.
Anyone have thoughts on this? Maybe I'm missing a piece I need to think more about. 😉
