Spotlight or Intelliform?

, as we discussed a few months ago I've got a few questions others may benefit from the answer.

I have to create a "spotlight" smart card quickly for a natural skincare client. Since the Spotlight doesn't have a way to embed a private video player (only YT or Vimeo) and since it doesn't have a place for WYSIWYG or html section which both would be helpful and is capable in the intelliform. I'm wondering if I could/should make the "smart card" on an intelliform if it can be 1 page and act similar to the spotlight?

Am I missing something in my thought process? Maybe you can tell me what the main difference is between the 2 and why I need to create the Spotlight instead to accomplish what I need for this client?
