Before then, one thing worth doing. Open your journal and look at your last ten entries. Not for mistakes in the trades - for the column that isn't there.
Most of us record entry, exit, R and a screenshot. Almost nobody records what was true about them when they clicked. And on the rare occasion we do write it, we write the version we would not mind being read back to us.
That is not dishonesty. It is what happens when you are the author and the audience of the same document.
Here is what it costs: a journal with a strategy column and no trader column makes every problem look like a strategy problem. So you change the strategy. Again.
Which column have you never kept? And what would your last losing trade say if you wrote it about yourself instead of about the setup?
