Hey everyone, and welcome to The Fit Rebuild! I’m Asfand, and I created this community to help people—myself included—rebuild their strength, discipline, and mindset, one step at a time. A little about me: I started hitting the gym back in Year 11 as a super skinny kid, weighing around 40 kg. Over time, I bulked up, hit my peak at 72 kg, and felt pretty aesthetic. But life happens—I gained some weight, hit a few setbacks, and now I’m here at 85 kg, ready to reset and rebuild myself from the ground up. That’s what this community is all about: Progress, not perfection. Rebuilding both our bodies and our mindset through consistency, discipline, and accountability.
