I am blown away at how much this community has changed my life. I sleep through the night (that NEVER was the case), I feel more present in my daily interactions, and I feel like I can ENJOY the process of life instead of speeding through it. Stuck emotions aren't there to "get over and push away", but to be felt and alchemized. Of course this is an on-going practice, but I'm excited and fascinated to continue using the tools inside AU. Thank you, Jake. You are what this world needs.

It is never too late. I attended last nights webinar with Jake and received the "insight" I set my attention on, well actually to have an "insight". So here is the thing, at AU you can go at your own pace. I have been her almost a year and there is a lot of great quality material I have not done yet. Last night, I recommitted myself to going in and doing more work on the platform. Yes, I like the live webinars and will be attending the Costa Rica Retreat, but is the daily work that hits.
