“Your life always moves in the direction of your strongest influences.”
The Diagnosis
Most people are careful about what they eat, but careless about what they consume. Every conversation, every song, every social media post, every relationship, every thought becomes nourishment for your mind.
Whether you realize it or not, your consciousness is constantly being shaped by what you repeatedly expose yourself to. You cannot continually feed on fear and expect to produce faith. You cannot constantly entertain negativity and expect to cultivate peace. You cannot fill your mind with limitation while praying for expansion.
Whatever consistently enters your mind eventually establishes residence in your heart, and whatever lives in your heart will ultimately be expressed through your life.
If you want a different harvest, begin by changing what you’re feeding.
The Prescription
Become the guardian of your inner world.
Your mind is not a storage room for every opinion, offense, fear, or distraction that crosses your path. It is the garden where your future is being cultivated.
Every day, ask yourself one simple question:
“Is what I’m consuming producing the person I’m becoming?”
If the answer is no, have the courage to disconnect.
Growth is not only about adding healthy things to your life; it’s also about removing what silently weakens you.
Protect your peace.
Protect your focus.
Protect your purpose.
The quality of your future will be determined by the quality of what you consistently allow into your life today.
ASCEND Insight
Within the ASCEND Framework, this is Stimulation.
Everything begins with a stimulus.
The conversations you entertain, the voices you trust, the books you read, the environments you choose, and the thoughts you rehearse all stimulate the direction of your life. Choose stimulation that elevates your thinking, strengthens your character, and awakens your purpose. Feed your future—not your fears.

Weekly Affirmation
I am intentional about what I allow into my mind.
I choose wisdom over noise.
I choose truth over fear.
I choose purpose over distraction.
Every healthy thought I cultivate is building the future I desire.
Today, I feed my spirit, strengthen my mind, and continue to ASCEND.
Reflection Question
What have I been consistently feeding that I secretly hope will stop growing?
The answer to that question may reveal the very thing standing between where you are and where you’re called to be.
The Doctor’s Closing Note
You become what you repeatedly consume.
Guard your thoughts.
Guard your environment.
Guard your attention.
Because every day, something is shaping your future. The question isn’t whether you’re being influenced. The question is—who or what is doing the influencing?
Choose wisely.
Your future is listening.
Until next week… keep thinking higher, living deeper, and ASCENDING.
