What's Working For Me
My Strategy: Pure MIA + Windfall Deployment
Weekly deposits: 100% into Apartment MIA (0.400% daily ROI)
Windfalls: Deploy into the highest tier I can access
No saving, no waiting: Every dollar goes to work the day it arrives
Why This Works
I tested 5 different strategies mathematically before choosing this one:
- Pure MIA (my strategy): Best total value, projected $7,939-$11,330 at 1 year
- 50/50 hybrid: Splits between MIA and savings, loses $3,000+ vs pure MIA at 1 year
- Pure save: Fastest tier access but worst growth, only $4,497 at 1 year
The math is clear: compound growth from immediate deployment beats saving for higher tiers when you're making regular, smaller deposits.
My Projections (Where I'm Headed)
At $65/week deposits:
90 days: $1,587 total value, $5.01/day
180 days: $3,092 total value, $9.79/day
1 year: $7,939 total value, $24.97/day
At $100/week deposits:
90 days: $2,077 total value, $6.57/day
180 days: $4,277 total value, $13.54/day
1 year: $11,330 total value, $35.59/day
Lessons Learned (The Hard Way)
- Don't save up for higher tiers with regular deposits. The compound growth you lose isn't worth it.
- House beats Desert Villa. 0.560% vs 0.520% daily. Counterintuitive, but the data proves it.
- Deploy immediately. Every day you wait is a day of lost earnings.
- Each property has its own 18-month clock. Expirations are gradual, not a cliff.
- Consistency > size. My $10 purchase earns just as reliably as my $119 purchase (proportionally).

The Bottom Line
In 48 days, I turned $30 into a $633 portfolio earning ~$2.53/day. That's not life-changing money yet, but the compound math is powerful. At this pace, I'm projected to hit $25-$36/day within a year. Every week, I add more fuel to the engine.
