I was selling "AI receptionist with CRM integration and 24/7 availability..."
Prospects: "Cool! Let me think about it." disappears
Switched to: "How much revenue are you losing from missed calls each month?"
Conversations are different now. Still haven't closed, but getting warmer.
Lesson: Nobody buys cool tech. They buy solutions to expensive problems.
