distilled water
Baking soda(bobs red mill or better)
Sea salt
I large korken ikea bottle
To do.
Mix 1 tablespoon of each baking soda and sea salt in 1 litre/1quart of distilled water.
Take every 2 hrs (1/4 of the bottle)
