I chose art instead of snacks!
Yesterday I had a tough day ๐Ÿ˜ž
But instead of devouring all the food we have at home (yeah, I am the nervous eater type), I grabbed paper and markers ๐ŸŽจ
๐ŸŒธ And honestly, it helped more than I expected.
Art gave me a way to slow down, process what I was feeling, and let the stress out without turning to food. By the end of it, I felt calmer, lighter, andโ€”most importantlyโ€”proud of myself ๐Ÿ’ช
A small reminder that sometimes, the healthiest coping mechanisms are also the simplest ones โœจ๏ธ
