YouTube & Books To Study
My actual watchlist and reading list. 📺 Sales • Jeremy Miner + Matthew Ryder — best for B2B • Alex Hormozi — offers, operator mindset, positioning • Myron Golden — selling through personal brand • Daniel G — aggressive, direct, no filter • Andy Elliott — older content hits harder, more B2C 📺 AI & Marketing • Adam Erhart — marketing strategy • Dan Martell — AI, SaaS, operator mindset • Iman Gadzhi — agency building, first income online 📺 Crypto • When Shift Happens — founder interviews • Leon Abboud — crypto marketing • Number Go Up Labs — crypto marketing (rare uploads) • Unchained Crypto / a16z Crypto / Falcon Finance • Paul Barron Network — crypto markets, tech, macro 📚 Sales books • Influence — Cialdini. Foundation, not optional. • First, Say No — negotiate from strength, not desperation • The New Model of Selling — how to sell to people who don't want to be sold • Stop Acting Like a Seller — buyer psychology, not sales tactics • A Mind for Sales — habits over hacks 📚 Everything else • All 3 Hormozi books — $100M Leads, Offers, Models. Read in order. • Can't Hurt Me + Relentless — won't make you a better seller. Will make you harder. • The Four Agreements — surprised me • The Compound Effect — obvious. Still works. 📚 Adding to books: - The Millionaire Fastlane — MJ DeMarco. Why slow lane kills you. - Way of the Wolf — Belfort. Straight line selling. Pure mechanics. - Sales Game — Daniel G. Matches his channel energy. - No More Mr. Nice Guy — not a sales book. Still required. - 10x Is Easier Than 2x — Dan Sullivan. Counterintuitive. Correct.

Hey, I'm Dan and I closed +50k$ in one month when I stopped selling
A lot of my friends think they're losing deals because they don't know sales. I don't think that's true. Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Bohdan (Dan), founder of a creative agency working with SaaS, AI and Web3 companies. Over the last few years I've built offers, made plenty of mistakes, and learned that sales is rarely the real bottleneck. Last month closed $50k+ in sales personally, lol There's one framework that's saved me countless hours over the years. I first learned it from Artem, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with his company nearly five years ago. If prospects don't buy, I ask these questions in this exact order: 1. Do they understand the problem? If they don't feel the pain, no pitch will work. 2. Do they believe your solution is different? "Better" is invisible. Different is memorable. 3. Do they trust that you can deliver? Case studies, specific stories, and confidence beat feature lists every time. 4. Is the next step obvious? Don't make people think. One clear CTA always outperforms five options. One mistake I kept making early on was trying to sound smarter. - Long presentations. - Fancy terminology. - Trying to prove I knew everything. My close rate improved the moment I started doing the opposite, holy cow. Now I spend more time asking questions than giving answers. My best sales call doesn't even look like a presentation. It feels like running a diagnosis. Excited to learn from everyone here. Artem has built something special, and I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas with people who are obsessed with getting better at selling digital services! What's your sales target for your next run?

Hey. I'm Artem. Let me be straight with you.
I didn't start in crypto. I started broke and drugs addicted, selling event services nobody wanted to buy — learning how to close deals under pressure with zero leverage. 📍 2017 — event industry. Selling intangibles. Lots of nos. A few yeses. Learned what actually moves people. 📍 2019 — SaaS sales at Marquiz. Built playbooks. Learned retention and recurring revenue. 📍 2021 — my own agency. Cold outreach from scratch. First retainer clients. First real money. 📍 2024–now — CBDO at ICODA. Web3, crypto, fintech. Closing 5–6 figure deals. Total personal sales: $1.5M+
