This weekend in Kraków, I watched women in their 60s dancing on a small public stage. It wasn't polished. It wasn't professional. Just a local group, moving together with full hearts. At first, my husband was surprised—maybe even a little judgmental. But the young people around us didn't hesitate. They started dancing too. Right there in the square. No self-consciousness. No critique. Just joy. And something shifted. By the time the next dance began, even he had softened—smiling, tapping his foot, allowing himself to enjoy something beautifully simple. They were just there—present, alive, moving because it felt good.
