Tucker - playtime, recall, walking without leash and place
Hi All, It has been a little while since I posted, mostly because I had no decent pics or video to show how well Tucker is doing. I have a couple of pics from this weekend and last weekend now to share. So the first pic is Tucker and his little older brother Harley. This is place. Tucker was put on place first, and then Harley. I wanted to see if Tucker would stay if Harley was placed as well and lo and behold! It happened! 😁they were such good boys! We also practiced dropping the leash for Tucker to walk alongside me. He did great! The pics from last weekend are Tucker and his lady friend Lexi in the dog park enclosure. They love each other to pieces! I was trying to get them to sit and look at the camera for the pic, but they were more interested in kisses lol. After this, we went out into the larger dog park area and let them run. I am happy to report that Tucker's recall is amazing now! He came back every single time, with only minor correction needed.

Baby steps!
Ares is making progress with his walks; he’s still reactive to dogs and vehicles, but he’s better when they’re not going the same direction we are! We need to stop and auto down to let them pass, and it’s not consistent (as you can tell from the leash), but we’re progressing and he’s listening well to the stim, at least. :)

Best day ever
We had the most amazing walk today with Theo and Winnie! We walked by 3 dogs with little reaction from Winnie! I only hit the tone button to keep her attention on me and she just kept walking. I also walked both Winnie and Theo alone past the third dog with no issues! Today was a huge win!!!
Tucker at the Vet
So Tucker's vaxx's were due this month. We went to the Vet on Monday evening. He was a perfect gentleman the whole appt. Got onto the scale with the place command and waited patiently for the F.R.E.E. word. Not sure why i just spelled it out lol. Habit. Did Sit and Down perfectly. No pulling, but plenty of whispers vocals lol. Didn't even flinch at the needles. He was just SO good! The Vet was duly impressed with his behavior and demeanor, and asked if we had done any formal training. I was more than happy to share Arsenal with her. 😁
Surprising Smiles
The elderly woman in the distance had a mini that was having a SUPER hard time with us walking behind them. The lady looked scared and overwhelmed with her barking dog. I stopped, and rue went down till there was enough space for the dog to feel good. The woman turned around looked surprised, relieved and gave me the nicest smile and wave ❤️
