My approach is built on a lifetime of personal practice and professional coaching. I’ve been running for 36 years—starting at 18, and now at 54, I am still moving, learning, and deepening my own journey of continuous growth.
For 15 years, I’ve specialized in behavioral conditioning for high-drive breeds, learning exactly how physical bodies handle stress and how to stay calm when pressure gets intense. I also coach community running groups, guiding people step-by-step to cross their first 5K and 10K finish lines.
Through The Runner's Reset, I combine these worlds. We don’t just train for pace; we train to run untethered from chronic stress.
