CHILLI
Cold weather means hot meals. And chilli is one of my favorites, because it's so easy to make it healthy, interesting to the pallate, and chock full of protein. There's literally endless varieties of chilli, but I like to make mine with ground beef, three different types of beans and diced tomatoes. Takes 15 minutes, tastes great, and is so satisfying.
