Architectural Production Specialist
If you've wondered why I haven't posted in a while, this is why. The work has been nonstop, and I'm looking for help.
Hiring: Architectural Production Specialist (part-time contract, remote, Denver metro preferred)
This one's geared toward experienced production folks, but anyone is welcome to apply. If you know someone who'd be a great fit, please pass it along.
Architecture Vanguard is looking for someone to take finished Revit models to permit-ready construction document sets. Mostly ADUs, additions, and custom homes, plus the occasional commercial project. There's more work coming in than we can document, so this is steady work, not a one-off.
- 20–25 hrs/week on average, planned week to week
- $25–40/hr depending on experience
- Contract (1099), fully remote
Must have
- 5+ years producing construction documents in Revit
- Architecture firm experience
- Experience taking projects through permit review
Nice to have: Denver-metro jurisdiction experience, Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Notion, and AI tools.
