The mematic warfare & desensitization
It came into my thought when a friend sent me a reel it was a meme on diddy and Epstein. My first reaction was blank then their horrors flashed in my mind ,I realised that I don't know how to react to a tragedies like murders, earthquakes, accidents and the oppression on muslims, then did a little bit of reaserch on "Mematic Warfare"
Now I'll ask you
Have you ever wondered why a serious situation in the world is turned into a meme online? Well, "the government of the land of freedom" has been openly using mematic warfare to psychologically manipulate us.The White House & US Administration: Frequently posts gamified war clips, AI-generated videos, and pop-culture references (such as SpongeBob) to shape narratives around foreign conflicts and project military strength. Many other governments are doing this...
The Diddy Scandal was turned into a meme to desensitize our brains.
The Netanyahu Genocide was turned into a meme to desensitize our brains.
The Jeffrey Epstein situation was turned into a meme to also desensitize our brains.
Even tho we know the horror these people did we don't really think about the narrative being spread by the memes. This might be controversial but What if I told you the government owns these meme accounts and pushes certain content on.
Is it really unbelievable that they have the power to do so?
Humor and satire is making us bypass critical thinking and not care about the situations that really should make us furious.
