Interviewer Training Day 1
Day 1 introduces trainees to Aptel, recruiting fundamentals, and the expectations of the role. Trainees will complete system setup, learn team culture, review recruiter responsibilities and SOPs, and gain an understanding of the recruiting process from ad posting to applicant management. The day also covers market research, ad strategy, the Management Training Program, and an introduction to Applicant Stream and the tools used daily by recruiters.

Interview Training Day 2
Day 2 focuses on the fundamentals of recruiting conversations. Trainees will learn the 5 Steps to a Conversation, understand how the Impulse Curve impacts candidate decision-making, and practice delivering the pitch, handling rebuttals, and using parroting techniques to build rapport. The training also covers the difference between goals and standards, why consistency matters, and concludes with a recap, Q&A, and preparation for Day 3.

Interview Training Day 3
Day 3 focuses on building confidence through repetition and application. Trainees will continue practicing the pitch, rebuttals, and parroting while learning the FUGI factors and how they influence candidate decisions. Training also covers Zoom etiquette, Slack communication, Applicant Stream navigation, and calendar management. The day concludes with shadowing real first-round interviews, providing feedback, and connecting observations back to the 5 Steps to a Conversation and FUGI factors.

Interviewer Training Day 4
Day 4 focuses on reinforcing core recruiting skills and system proficiency. Trainees will continue practicing pitch delivery, rebuttals, and parroting while improving confidence and reducing hesitation. Training includes a second walkthrough of the recruiting system, hands-on calendar navigation, follow-up management, and an overview of LOAs and the recruiting funnel. Trainees will learn where applicants convert, where drop-off occurs, and how recruiters influence each stage.

Interviewer Training Day 5
Day 5 focuses on strengthening recruiting conversations while expanding industry knowledge and system mastery. Trainees will continue practicing pitch delivery, rebuttals, and parroting, while learning the differences between face-to-face, B2B, D2D, and retail campaigns. Training also includes a detailed calendar breakdown covering follow-up statuses, no-show procedures, and the purpose of each calendar function to ensure accurate candidate management and workflow efficiency.
