Paden has been incredibly helpful and supportive of my journey towards applied AI and FDE roles. His advice and counsel have given me a much needed clarity that I am now actively using to pursue opportunities that had previously eluded me. Much thanks and appreciation to him and this group.

First off, Paden is AWESOME! I've been in tech for a while and I'm pretty selective about where I spend money on learning. This is one of the few I've renewed without thinking twice. The monthly breakdowns are awesome to read through and seeing what people are building from the group is also fun to see. Amazing group overall! Can post or lurk, always something to learn

NGL, I almost didn't join after wasting money on things I never finished. What changed my mind: Paden actually does this job. Weekly posts on what he worked on, what broke, what he learned. Not theory. I stole the discovery template from the Vault, used it in my final round, and the interviewer asked where I learned to scope like that. Got the interview, negotiated a 20k+ bump (ty paden). Community's quieter than expected, think ppl are shy lol but every post gets real attention. Love it here!
