Paden has been incredibly helpful and supportive of my journey towards applied AI and FDE roles. His advice and counsel have given me a much needed clarity that I am now actively using to pursue opportunities that had previously eluded me. Much thanks and appreciation to him and this group.

First off, Paden is AWESOME! I've been in tech for a while and I'm pretty selective about where I spend money on learning. This is one of the few I've renewed without thinking twice. NGL, I almost didn't join after wasting money on things I never finished. What changed my mind: Paden actually does this job. Weekly posts on what he worked on, what broke, what he learned. Not theory. I stole the discovery template from the Vault, used it in my final round, and the interviewer asked where I learned to scope like that. Got the interview, negotiated a 20k+ bump (ty paden). Community's quieter than expected, think ppl are shy lol but every post gets real attention. Love it here!
