We have an incredible amount of muscles in our body. The bigger ones โ€” like legs, chest, and back โ€” we use daily. Because of that, weโ€™re more aware of them, stronger in them, and better at controlling them ๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿพ But what about the small muscles?๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘… Do you think theyโ€™re there just for decoration? The human body is built in perfect imperfection.โœจ Everything we possess has a function. Every single muscle has a role โ€” whether we are aware of it or not.๐Ÿค” In this video, weโ€™re working on muscle control and the connection to the cerebrum โ€” strengthening the mind-to-muscle link. ๐Ÿ”— Twitching and intentionally moving small, isolated muscles โ€” without letting the rest of the body assist โ€” is an incredible way to build awareness, control, and deeper synergy within yourself.๐Ÿ”ฅ When you isolate a muscle fully, youโ€™re not just training the body โ€” youโ€™re training your nervous system.
