Let's Build Our First(?) Offer
It doesn't have to be your *first* offer... but it sounds cool that way... Anyhow. Since you all voted for making the first 5 offers, I tried to make a small thing, then I wanted to make a bigger thing, and now I want to turn it into a full-on workshop. Free for Vault members :) 💡Here's what's in the agenda: ✅ I'll walk you through the SOP of creating your first one or five offers, with these intended goals: 1. Offer should be low-risk 2. It should be low-effort 3. It should help you identify if your audience is actually interested in the topic or not (potentially can help you choose the topic for a bigger offer) 4. It should give your buyers a measurable win very, very quickly (under 15-20 minutes) 5. It should help you build your email list with buyers ☑️ The workshop will have this structure: - We will meet on Thursday, May 21, at 10 AM PST / 1 PM EST / 7 PM CET - I will walk you through the SOP first - We'll then use the rest of our time to build our first or nth product This will be an interactive workshop, so I won't be doing it unless sufficient people show up for the live workshop. So, if you want to do it with me, sign up here: https://luma.com/2recc8jg Vault members, choose the option that says Vault-Member Pass. Start here and read 'em community rules!
This group is for The Side Blogger Vault members (exceptions have been made for early supporters). Our shared goal is to monetize our ideas, expertise, skills, etc., with our blogs and newsletters. So, to that end... ______ ‼️Pay attention to these rules: → Be cool, respectful, and responsible →Create an intro post after you join the group, ASAP (preferably within 2-5 days). Tell us a little about you and your business. Feel free to share one link to your website or newsletter. → This is NOT a community for promoting your offers, unless specifically asked. (Feel free to include a link in your intro post, only.) (I, Maliha, your community overlord, am the exception; I get to promote whatever I want... yeep!) → Engage. This isn't for lurkers. Make sure to engage at least once a month; more is always welcome, of course. → Please do not clutter the group with irrelevant things. This space is for our respective business-related discussions. Ask questions, share useful things. But do not unnecessarily pontificate because you're trying to look cool. ______ Welcome to Anthill :)
Mastering Medium With Dan Foster (Recording)
Yesterday's session on Mastering Medium in 2026 with @Dan Foster was simply fantastic! I've been wanting to get back on Medium as a discovery channel for my main blog + newsletter, but I kept wondering if it'd be a good use of my time or not... After listening to Dan, I'm ready to get back on it ASAP. Medium is useful on two fronts, from what I can tell: - You can make a decent income from it. Dan consistently makes between $5k and $10k from there. Just last month, Dan made ~$7.5k just from Medium's Partner Program - It can be a discovery channel for your primary business, newsletter, and even offers, where Medium acts like a medium- to long-form social media platform for you. After you've gone through the mastery session, if you have any questions, Dan is in this group, fyi, so feel free to ask him anything (tag him so he knows that you're asking him a question). So yeah, anyway. Here's the recording (free if you're a Vault member, and if you're not, you can always sign up. It's $27/month until May 15, then jumps up to $37/month). https://members.thesideblogger.com/mastery-sessions/mastering-medium-in-2026-with-dan-foster/ You can find Dan here: - Medium - Skool

If you can only spare $1...
Edit: voting ended. Winner is, the first few low-risk, low-effort offers. If you voted for this, I'll send over the thing soon. ----- Say... if I made an offer to you for $1... which would you pick? Trying to figure out a low-ticket offer... If you vote for the winner... not that I think you're wanting $1... I'll give to you for free. These are your current options:

How much can/should you share in a community?
In John B's group, @Gc Tsalamagkakis shares something interesting that I've been wondering about for some time myself: How much can or should you share in communities? For example, if you have a quick update, you may go to social media and share that. For those of up not on social media (at least, not in any meaningful way), where is that quick update place? I don't want to just share a quick one-liner update in my emails... But now that I have this community, I can come here and share updates. And honestly, that would be cool, and I want my members to share their quick wins and updates, too! What I don't want is people posting whatever that has nothing to do with their business or writing... it has happened in the past when I removed the user... but it feels icky to do so... Anyway... you are the members of this community and you get to choose what the community should look or behave like... what are your thoughts???
