I am going to the, "Time to Rise Summit," by Tony Robbins. It is a free three day summit and for a $1.00, I got the upgrade. This will be an amazing summit and I am excited to attend.

Enjoy a Clock less day! This put new meaning to keeping the Sabbath day Holy. Being ruled by time is stressful. I am going to create an opportunity to allow my natural rhythm to reassert itself. On a day that I have no commitments except for church, I will remove all clocks from my sight. I will get up naturally, give myself as long as I need to complete tasks, and rest when I feel tired. Which will be a power nap. How are you going to honor your day off and do self-care?
