It was the beginning of March 2003. We were all excited for the birth of our first child but the every couple of days OB/gyn appointment revealed that the baby was ready, but the baby wasn’t dropping. Guess what!!! It’s time for a C-section. I can’t lie; I was a little disappointed. Who didn’t want the old TLC tv show about the baby being born and baby coming home experience?
Three or four months later. I began to experience pain when I looked peripherally and ‘floaters’ in my vision. I said nothing to nobody. Everything is fine. Just had a baby. However, when the pain became so extreme it shot down the right side of my head and wondered if this must be what feels like to have an aneurysm, I had to fess up. We figured it was best to get to the eye doctor. That’s when Everything changed forever….
