Later, I realized businesses are more broken than buildings, so I switched from automating buildings to automating businesses. AI just became the next tool. This time of year is a good reminder that progress doesn’t always come from pushing harder. Sometimes it comes from stepping back, reflecting on what worked, what didn’t, and why. The AI space moves fast, but it’s not going anywhere. What does matter is clarity, on what you’re building, who you’re building for, and whether the systems you’re creating actually improve real operations. I’m using the next few days to reset, spend time with family, and think intentionally about 2026. Less noise. Better systems. Stronger execution.
