HOW TO KNOW WHETHER YOUR OFFER SOLVES A REAL PROBLEM
A problem becomes more promising when people are already doing something about it.
Look for evidence:
• They ask questions about it
• They complain about it repeatedly
• They spend time trying to fix it
• They have purchased other solutions
• The problem delays something they want
• They describe an emotional or financial cost
You do not need every signal.
But you need more than “I think people should want this.”
What evidence have you seen around the problem you want to solve?
