A gentle creative space for healing, connection, and emotional wellbeing If you are living with chronic pain, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, grief, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself… you are welcome here. This community was created as a soft place to land. Through creativity, reflection, nervous-system support, guided practices, art therapy inspired activities, journaling, relaxation, and gentle coaching, we explore ways to reconnect with ourselves without pressure, perfection, or judgment. You do not need to be “good at art.” You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to push harder to belong here. I’m Bairbre — a counsellor, hypnotherapist, creative arts practitioner, and educator passionate about helping people reconnect through creativity, compassion, and gentle support. There is no pushing, fixing, or forcing here — only listening, pacing, and care.
