A Useful Content Calendar for Planning Ahead
As we head into Q2 (and closer to July Prime Days!), I am thinking about the strategies to have in place for that big sales event for my clients and myself. This past weekend during the Big Spring Sale, one of my clients saw revenue and commission numbers that rivaled her Q4 sales, and there is still one more day to go before it ends! We brainstormed and outlined her strategy for this weekend back in January, and now we are planning for Prime in July. Right now is the time for gathering ideas to get ahead instead of scrambling at the last minute to throw something together haphazardly. I know that it can feel overwhelming, but the Top Creators (who are basically running their own media empires), are definitely doing that with their teams. 😉 If you haven't yet watched this video about How to Prepare for Prime Day Sales, please put it on your to-do list soon and start thinking about your strategies and ideas for your offsite content: https://www.skool.com/amzing-influencers-3334/classroom/7367a219?md=bf91643c6e5a4e39ac1e2cd46756ca81 A Useful Content Calendar for Planning Ahead I found this website that has a list of all the Amazon sales that is SO helpful to see what the full year will look like. Hopefully it helps you plan. https://amzmonitor.com/blogs/amazon-2026-sales-calendar-sellers-shoppers-guide For Prime Days, you can build out your idea lists, and save them in your drafts so you're ready to hit publish when the time comes and the sales begin. Last year's dates were July 8-11. This year's dates are still TBD. Start researching what other creators did last year- what their lists looked like, how they drove traffic so you can glean knowledge from them. Here's a secret I've learned over the years..(and DON'T tell anyone at Amazon I told you this!) Many of the exact same items are discounted for nearly every sale. If it was on sale last Prime Days, it will very likely be on sale next Prime Day... and Big Deal Days... And Cyber Week... you get the idea. So, all those Top Creators have lists published on their storefronts. Go take a look or do a Google search. If you want a list of a lot of the people I like to use as inspiration let me know and I'll get one together.
