Supplier Quality Concerns: Looking for Suggestions

Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing well!

I would love to get your advice on a situation I’m currently facing with my product.

My product is made of wood, and although I’ve received some 5-star reviews, I’ve also noticed a high number of returns.

Recently, I even received a bad review and was reported for violating one of my bullet points, since the product did not meet the standards expected by the customer.

This is especially worrying because the quality of my current inventory does not match the samples I had ordered twice before (which were great).

Now, I need to prepare for a new inventory replenishment, but I’m not comfortable continuing with this supplier if the quality isn’t consistent.

👉 My question is: Is it advisable to look for a new supplier at this stage, or is there a better way to manage this situation?
