I started a qi gong practice in the mornings, more like Shaolin Qi Gong. I was intrigued the moment I found it on YouTube. It's something that's in me that wants to be present in my life and it has taken me to a deeper level of consciousness in myself. I'm awake, im clear of the monkey mind, and it helps to remove me out of the way of prosperity, and allows the Universe to do its job in my life. I found a few easy exercises 7 and 13 min long. You would not believe the cracks and pops my body was making! Lol. I couldn't believe the most easiest body movements with breath could do so much!
Anyway, im feeling much more in my body, balanced, confident, and awake. I've added as Andrew suggested, tea, cacao, and shakes with protein so im not grumpy.
