Hello Everyone, just checking to see how you are all doing today. I know yesterdays meditation and a few before have been alot. This is so you can begin to understand yourself better and how the energy inside you developes and you can begin to understan why. These next few weeks we will begin a more structured meditation, based on the intuitive awareness, then the empathic, for the next few months. i think that it is bizarre that time moves quicker in the winter... but the clocks all operate like time is all even.

@Craig Florek idk if i would call it more linear.. i mean which time pace is more linear .. i mean there's also a progressive diminishing of the space between the earth and the sun as well that is very subtle what is very questioning is that our clocks only keep a mechanically calculated linear measurement of time that is supposedly a measurement of our movement around the sun,, when in all actuality, our movement around the sun is not linear at all! In fact time moves faster the closer we get to the Sun, so time is increasing in a very small amount all the time. but it is slower from spring to mid summer,, then begins to speed up. but it is also not in alignment with our seasonal shifts.

Monkey Mind
What are some ways you find helpful to stay out the monkey mind set. To get completely or less brain chatter when starting your day. Is it possible to find peacefulness with a clean slate before beginning ypur day? What are some ways you find helpful?
