I applied to my first product I already have a video for. When I check the ACTIVE section it says I haven't posted a video yet for the product but there is one on my storefront. Is there a step I need to do for them to see that I have already posted the video? Is there a time period I need to wait before it is recognized?

. I just got my 3 videos approved and I submitted all my tax information. When I log in it says it’s a red triangle saying that I need to fill out my tax information but my US tax information says complete but Canada is incomplete. Are we supposed to do that as well? Even though I’m not a Canadian citizen? As you can tell I’m very new and confused by it all.
