Just wanted to express my appreciation for the group of ladies in the foundation level course that wrapped up yesterday. I really felt a sense of peace when Melanie led us through the golden roots grounding meditation. The workbook is full of powerful info that I will be referring back to as time goes on through awakening intuitive awareness. I am hopeful that I can claim the ethical confidence from the guidance of women who have lived experiences that show open-mindedness to what the universe can send to us, when our spirit feels safe and open to receiving. 🙏
