Divination Tool - Norse Runes
Norse runes are far more than an ancient alphabet - they are a living system of wisdom, energy, and intuitive guidance. Rooted in the traditions of the Norse and Germanic peoples, runes were originally used as a form of written communication. Yet, over time, they revealed themselves to be something much deeper: symbolic keys that unlock insight into the unseen layers of life, consciousness, and the soul’s journey. Each rune carries its own essence, representing archetypal forces such as transformation, protection, movement, challenge, and flow. When we work with runes as a divination tool, we are not simply “predicting the future,” but rather entering into a dialogue with these forces - inviting clarity, awareness, and perspective into our current experience. Runes meet you where you are. They do not demand perfection or prior knowledge. Instead, they respond to your presence, your intention, and your willingness to listen beyond the surface of the mind. This makes them a powerful companion for anyone awakening their intuitive abilities, as they help bridge the gap between logical understanding and inner knowing. There are many ways to work with runes, depending on your intention and level of experience. They can be used for daily guidance - drawing a single rune to tune into the energetic theme of the day. They can support deeper inquiry through rune spreads, offering insight into challenges, decisions, or patterns that are ready to shift. Runes can also be used as tools for meditation, allowing you to sit with a symbol and feel into its energetic imprint within your body and awareness. Beyond divination, runes can be integrated into energy work and manifestation practices. They may be drawn, visualised, or placed within a space to anchor specific qualities such as protection, clarity, or transformation. Some practitioners work with runes in ritual or spellcraft, while others incorporate them into journaling, creative expression, or somatic exploration. At their core, runes are teachers.

Divination Tool - Automatic Writing
Automatic writing is one of the most accessible and powerful ways to begin developing your intuitive connection. It requires no special tools, no prior training, and no specific environment. It is simply the practice of allowing information, insight, and guidance to flow through you onto the page - without overthinking, filtering, or trying to control the outcome. This is what makes it such a valuable starting point for anyone building confidence in their intuitive or divination abilities. You can do it anywhere. At your kitchen table, in nature, before a client session, or even while travelling. All that is required is a willingness to trust what comes through, even if it feels unfamiliar at first. The key to automatic writing is not “getting it right” - it is allowing. Begin by creating a moment of stillness. Take a few slow breaths, bring your awareness into your body, and gently set an intention. This might be a question, a desire for guidance, or simply an openness to receive. Then, start writing. Let the words come without stopping to analyse them. Do not worry about grammar, structure, or whether it makes sense. If your mind tries to intervene, acknowledge it, and return to the flow. The more you allow uninterrupted expression, the easier it becomes for deeper insight to emerge. At first, it may feel like you are “making it up.” This is completely normal. One of the biggest blocks people face is the belief that intuitive information must feel dramatically different or separate from their own thoughts. In reality, intuitive guidance often arrives quietly, woven through your natural inner voice. Learning to trust this is part of the process. Consistency is more important than intensity. A few minutes of regular practice will build far more confidence than occasional, lengthy sessions. Over time, you will begin to notice patterns - shifts in tone, clarity, and depth - that signal a stronger connection to your intuitive awareness. Automatic writing can be used in many ways.

What The Human Wants Most ...
What the human wants most is often not what it first appears to be. We may think we want love, happiness, security, success, money, recognition, peace, or freedom. And on one level, those desires are real. But beneath them, there is often something deeper at work: the human psyche is drawn toward what feels just out of reach. We long for what is missing, what is uncertain, what has not yet been fully known or held. What the human wants most is often what it cannot quite have. Let that sink in for a moment. There is a powerful truth in this. Much of our striving comes from the ache of incompletion. We want the unavailable partner, the perfect moment, the answer that will finally settle everything, the feeling of being fully safe, fully seen, fully enough. Yet life keeps teaching us that longing itself is part of the human experience. The wanting can become a doorway. It can show us where we are still searching outside ourselves for something that must eventually be found within. This does not mean we should stop wanting. It means we begin to notice the deeper layer beneath the wanting. Sometimes what we chase is not the thing itself, but the feeling we believe it will give us: belonging, wholeness, validation, relief, meaning. When we pause and turn inward, we can ask: what is this desire really asking for? What is it revealing about my heart, my wounds, my hope? And perhaps this is where transformation begins. Not in getting everything we want, but in becoming conscious of why we want it. In that awareness, we often discover that the deepest longing is not for more things, but for more presence, more truth, more aliveness, and more connection to ourselves and to life. Sometimes the most profound shift happens when we stop reaching so desperately for what is outside our grasp and begin to listen to the quiet wisdom beneath the longing. There, in the stillness, we may find that what we most wanted was never only an object, outcome, or person. It was the experience of coming home to ourselves.

What The Human Wants Most ...
Pendulum Practice
Working with a pendulum is a gentle and focused way to explore intuitive response and receive simple yes or no guidance. As you begin, I encourage you to watch the video I have attached, as it will help you understand the practice more fully and show you how to use the pendulum in a calm and confident way. To begin, hold the pendulum steadily and allow it to rest in your hand. Take a few slow breaths and centre yourself before asking any questions. It is helpful to establish what your pendulum means for you when it moves in different directions, as this can vary from person to person. You may notice a swing forward and back, side to side, clockwise, or counter-clockwise, and each movement can be assigned a clear meaning for your practice. The key is to remain relaxed and open. Ask simple, clear questions that can be answered with yes or no, and avoid rushing or overthinking the response. The pendulum works best when your body and mind are calm, because this helps you receive subtle movements more easily. You may also find it helpful to practice with questions that feel neutral and easy at first, so you can become familiar with how your pendulum responds. Over time, as your confidence grows, you can use it as a supportive tool for insight, self-reflection, and intuitive checking. Please take your time with this practice, and allow it to become a quiet conversation between you and your inner awareness.

Shapes Intuitive Practice
This Shapes Intuitive Practice is a simple and effective way to strengthen your intuitive awareness and begin trusting the impressions that arise before your mind tries to analyse them. You can practice with someone you feel comfortable with, or you can work on your own by turning the cards face-down on a table. If you are practicing alone, begin by selecting just 3 or 4 cards at a time. There is no need to choose too many in the beginning. Start small and allow your confidence and intuitive ability to grow naturally over time. Take a quiet moment to relax and bring your attention to the shapes in front of you. Without straining or trying to force an answer, gently sense which shape feels present. Notice any immediate impressions, feelings, images, or inner nudges that arise. Trust the first response that comes through, even if it seems subtle at first. As your confidence grows, you can begin using the same approach with playing cards or even Tarot cards. The process remains the same: stay relaxed, keep your mind open, and allow your intuition to guide you toward the shape or symbol you sense is there. The purpose of this practice is not to mentally work it out, but to create the conditions for intuitive recognition. With time, repetition, and patience, your ability to sense and identify patterns will become stronger and more natural. You may find it helpful to return to this exercise regularly, beginning with a few cards and gradually expanding as your awareness develops.
