Amanda Jayne is an AuDHDer with a background in Fitness, Lifestyle and Wellbeing Planning and was formerly Fitness First UK PT Ambassador, representing the company as a health and fitness expert and being featured in magazines such as Womens Fitness, GQ, InStyle, Womens Running and wrote the Pre-Race Prep for The Official Coaching Course for The Royal Parks Half Marathon in 2015. Amanda Jayne is also mum to Ruby and writes on life as an AuDHDer and living life with and beyond grief and trauma.
