Three Years of Consistency
Closed a big deal this week. Been working on it for three years.
The biggest lesson? Don’t attach to the outcome and trust the process. Show up every day. Control the inputs. This wasn’t luck, it was consistency. Three years of doing the work when nothing was happening. The deal’s done, but the win was becoming the man who could close it.
