Just read something interesting.
When people go to Home Depot to buy a drillbit, they don’t actually want to buy a drillbit.
They want to buy the hole in the wall.
But even further than that, they might want to buy satisfaction of doing it themselves, or the admiration from their spouse after getting it done, or peace of mind after cleaning up and having a shelf hung on the wall.
What does your client want to buy and are you speaking to that want?
