I could make less, but...
Way back when my kids were little I stated the tradition of making gingerbread cookies to gift. Saves money and the headache of picking out individual gifts. Best part is not a single person has compliances, in fact it's met with much anticipation. But it means my recipe is scales up for production.
So if I make the outside the holidays, I can never send to make less than 6 to 12 dozen cookies in a batch. Case in point, that's 10 dozen cookies waiting to be gobbled up yens at the Robotics Team banquet...
Anyone else have that kind of problem?
