Hello everyone! I wanted to officially introduce myself to this wonderful group. My name is Joseph, and I am a Business Strategist as well as the Alignable Ambassador for El Paso, Texas. I like to think of myself as pretty multifaceted! My background is actually in education—I was previously a special education teacher. Today, I bring that same passion for helping others into my day-to-day work, where I help businesses rethink their online presence. Too often, I see business owners treating their websites like static, oversized business cards instead of dynamic tools designed to solve a customer's urgent needs. I love helping people make that strategic shift to build real trust and a lasting legacy. On the technical side, I am a retired electronics tech and an active ham radio operator (callsign KD5KZL!). Even though I am retired from the field, I still love tinkering, playing with the IoT (Internet of Things), and exploring how different technologies connect and communicate. And when I am not strategizing or playing with tech, I tap into my creative side as a writer! I write sci-fi and horror, and I love weaving famous quotes—especially from Sherlock Holmes—into my stories. (It is great to see a few fellow Holmes fans in here already!)
