Let me be your 'external energy'. Which would you prefer?
Most of us found school and work easy, but find it hard to keep momentum going on our own solo projects, like Substack.
That's because at school and work, you had external structure — external bosses, external deadlines, externally imposed clarity on what to do and when it had to be done by.
When you start your own thing, you just don't have that. And while we're close to releasing Business For Your Brain as a Notion template, and an even deeper dive as a Claude-Powered Operating System... there's still nothing like the life force energy of another human for helping you slip into hyperfocus mode and have some radically fruitful days.
I'm still so deep in creation mode of the Subscriber Growth Challenge and other cinnamon rolls I'm baking up for you that I have been trying to hold off on offering too many live sessions, but I think so many of you would benefit from this NOW that I decided to ask:
Which of the following ways for me to give you some live energy and external structure would you be most likely to attend?
'Now/Not Now' Office Hours, where you can show up live on Monday and get my help prioritizing your next steps for the week
Online Body Doubling Substackers' Hours — kind of like writer's hours, no substantive coaching, just show up, state your intention and work together
