Today we begin the next part of this experience.
8am is the line. Two days of clean eating behind you, up to 72 hours of fast in front of you, and a full moon on Monday night that we are walking toward together.
If you are reading this, you have likely already done more than most men ever will. You set a date, you prepared your body, you showed up. That matters. Don't skip past it.
Here is the mission for the first 12 hours.
Drink water. Add a pinch of sea salt if you start to feel light. Move your body, walk, get sun on your skin. Stay off the food content on social, it will work against you today.
If you feel hunger, do not fight it, just notice it. Hunger is not an emergency, it is information. Your body is asking for the old fuel and finding none, so it is about to learn how to burn the new one. This is your opportunity to implement awareness and truly use your mind as the tool to honor your body and yourself.
This first stretch is the easy stretch. Insulin is dropping, and the good cells are preparing to go after the old and broken ones. You won't feel much yet. That's normal. The work happens underneath.
Water, salt, black coffee. Nothing else. No calories, no supplements. Do your best. If you feel the want or need to break the fast, keep organic coconut water, organic pressed juice, or beef broth available and next to you. All of those will break the fast, and if you must, then do that. Stay in with us for its entirety as best you can. I will be checking in a couple times a day and available for each of you if you want one on one support.
Stay close to the group today. Feel free at anytime to drop a comment below with the hour you are at and one word for how you feel. What you say could add value to others. Whether it's a question, a win or a struggle. Some of us will be going through the same thing. And some of us will be here to support that. We move together. When one of us wobbles, three of us answer. That is the container, this is the support.
I will be back tonight around 8pm with the playbook for the overnight push, the window between hour 24 and hour 36. That is where this whole protocol earns its name. Check back in then. You will want this before you go to sleep.
One last reminder. We are not doing this alone, and we are not doing this for nothing. Monday night the Strawberry Full Moon hits its peak at 7:57pm, and your fast hits its peak at the same moment. That is the entire point. The release inside you and the release outside you, aligned. You are not just skipping food, you are marking something.
Whatever you have been carrying that is not yours, this is the week you put it down and let it go.
JOURNALING:
You will have journaling prompts daily through the fast. Here are your first ones. Write them down in your journal, notebook, a piece of paper, or even your phone. Get in silence at some point today, now, at lunch, whenever you can find 15 minutes.

(examples: Clarity, Focus, Discipline, Awareness, Wisdom, Presence, Calm, Sharpness, Growth, Resilience)

Don't put a lot of pressure on the HOW. If it comes to you right away, write it down right away. If it doesn't, it might take some time. It's okay to come back to it.
