Instead of spiraling "what strategy do I need to do?" "Do I need to post this?" "Do I need to do that?"

You slow down. you breathe and then you shift your energy towards faith.

So you end up taking action not to force outcomes, but because it feels aligned. Knowing God is already handling the rest, so you just relax.

Start to ask yourself, am I acting from separation or am I acting from oneness?
