This post is for you to speak on a feeling or emotion that you have kept inside because you were worried that others wouldn’t understand you, or possibly even listen without the need to be seen themselves.
It might feel uncomfortable to speak here because so often we aren’t properly heard, but I want to assure you this is a safe space.
Part of my training as a Somatics coach was how to listen, and I use that in my work as a sound practitioner everyday.
I also find myself in spaces where I feel unheard, and despite my training it still hurts. So I want to offer this space for you to validated.
