I Noticed Stress Quietly Making Decisions For Me
I’ve been paying closer attention lately to how stress shows up in my decision-making 🌿
I’ve realized that when my nervous system is overloaded, it quietly starts making choices for me. Rushing me, second-guessing me, or having me avoid things I actually know how to do.
One tool I use to interrupt that pattern is aromatherapy, not in a “self-care” way, but as a practical way to regulate my system between thinking, deciding, and executing 🧪
What’s important to me is understanding both the safety and science behind essential oils and learning to trust my body’s feedback as I use them ✨
I don’t approach this as something to get perfect. It’s more about building capacity slowly. About supporting focus, steadiness, and clarity so stress doesn’t run my show 🫶🏽
This has helped me make decisions from a more grounded place instead of reacting in the moment 🌱
I’m curious — in your business right now, where do you notice stress influencing your decisions the most? 💬
