Hey lovely members, I’m Jakolien (Jacky), Dutch founder of Jacky + Co and creator of the Soft Systems Society.

I help heart-led female founders build calm, capacity-aligned businesses using Notion systems, slow productivity, and a gentle layer of AI.

I’ve been an entrepreneur since 07-07-07, and I’m also a Notion Certified Pro and a Notion Official Ambassador, and my superpower is making structure feel like self-care. I work with female digital creators and educators who want their systems to support their energy, not override it.

Right now I’m in a season of refinement and realignment, simplifying what no longer fits, softening my schedule, and creating from a place of deep clarity. Not doing more. Doing what matters.

My grounding ritual? Mornings with my coconut latte (two black coffees, milk, a spoon of organic extra virgin coconut oil #SoGood) and a slow journaling moment in Notion. That’s where I track my energy, map my ideas, and stay connected to what’s real.
