Hello, Coming in from the Bay Area, CA!

Hello everyone! I am joining from the San Francisco Bay Area! I am an empty nester with 3 adult children. I am certified in Menopause Wellness & Transformational Nutrition-Mental Wellness! I am looking to get my coaching biz going so that I can quit my day job & go full-time in answering the call to help transform the lives of women in menopause all over this world! One area that I am looking for alignment in is my coaching biz. I no longer want to make hasty & rushed decisions, which always end up with me back at the starting line; I am seeking true alignment & authenticity to take the right next steps and provide life-altering experiences for myself & my future clients! Walking helps me feel more grounded and helps me to clear my head & open up to fresh thoughts!
