Happy To Be Here...

Hi everyone! I’m Ivy 🤍 I’m a leadership and business coach based in Illinois. I work with women solopreneurs who are juggling all the roles in their business — the creative “Maker” side and the structured “Manager” side — and are craving more clarity, peace, and flow in the way they work.

One area I’ve personally been leaning into more deeply is alignment with my capacity and my calling. I’ve been really asking: How do I build and grow without burning out? How do I stay true to my faith, my values, and my joy while still making progress? That’s been my heart-work lately.

A grounding practice for me is my weekly rhythm ritual: on Sundays, I journal, plan my Maker days and Manager days for the week, drink good coffee, and really listen for God’s direction. It helps me feel centered, steady, and prepared to lead well.
