Radiant Leaders,
April wasn’t a light month. It was a revealing month.
It didn’t come to comfort you —it came to show you who you’ve been leading as…and more importantly…who you’re no longer available to be.
Part 1 — April Akashic Opening (what was activated)In the Akashic opening for April, one thing was very clear:
You don’t have a strategy problerm. You don’t have a money problem.
You have an identity that cannot hold what you say you want.
April exposed the gap between:
- the life you desire
- and the identity you’re still operating from
And that gap…is where inconsistency, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion live.
Part 2 — Leadership Reading Themes (what came up collectively)In the Akashic Leadership Reading, we saw patterns repeating across so many of you:
👉 Fragmented identities - part of you ready to lead…part of you still negotiating safety
👉 The “prepared” version of you, always learning, refining, waiting…but not fully stepping into leadership

Part 3 — The Identities Holding You Back
Let’s be honest about what was revealed:
You’re still holding identities like:
- “I need to be ready first”

- “It’s not safe to be fully visible”
These identities aren’t random.
They are loyalty patterns.

This version already exists.
But she requires something most people avoid:
👉 Decision.👉 Consistency.👉 Embodiment.
Transition — Closing April
So April was not about results.
It was about TRUTH!
And now…you don’t get to unknow what you saw.

May is not here to gently guide you.
It’s here to MOVE you.
This month brings:

Things will start shifting fast — internally and externally

Not everything will feel stable…and that’s intentional

No more staying in ideas, healing loops, or preparation
👉 A transition into expansion and visibility (Gemini)Your voice, your message, your presence will be activated
Part 7 — The Real Work of May
May will test you in very specific ways:
- Can you trust your intuition without overthinking it?
- Can you hold your power when things feel uncertain?
- Can you stay anchored when your emotions fluctuate?
Because they will.
This month will trigger:
- reactivity
- doubt
- emotional waves
Not because you’re off track —but because you’re expanding beyond your old capacity.
Part 8 — Leadership Activation (direct message)
So here’s the real question for you:
Are you going to:stay in the identity that reacts, contracts, and waits…
Orstep into the identity that leads, decides, and stabilizes?
Because May rewards one thing:
👉 Grounded leadership.
Not perfection.Not constant high energy.
But:
- anchored decisions
- clean direction
- and emotional self-leadership
You are not here to keep circling the same patterns.
You are here to become the person who can actually hold what she’s calling in.
