Module 3/5 - Listening
This is the hardest module and the shortest.
Read a room before you enter it. Read the whole thread before you reply. Reply to what was said, not to what it reminded you of.
Silence is a full contribution. If you have nothing, offer nothing. Nobody is counting.
When you reflect on someone's sharing, offer it as a reflection, not a verdict. "This is what I notice" travels further than "this is what it means." And when someone asks for reflection, remember they are not obliged to accept it.
